Staying at Rumah Mertua was a lovely experience, perfectly situated for our visit to Jogjakarta. The hotel's serene atmosphere provided the much-needed relaxation after our wedding festivities. The outdoor pool, framed by tropical greenery, was a nice touch, and while I didn't take a dip, it seemed well-maintained with sun loungers at the ready. I indulged in a traditional Javanese oil massage at the spa, which was a perfect way to unwind. Though the breakfast could benefit from a bit more variety, I found the options adequate for our needs. The staff was helpful and genuinely accommodating, ensuring our stay was pleasant. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway with decent amenities, Rumah Mertua is certainly worth considering!
